Qigong is a Chinese health and longevity practice as old as Chinese Medicine itself. It combines meditation and movement to enhance our ability to deal with the stresses of everyday life that can move us out of balance and invite disease. Qigong practice teaches us to open our Hearts and reconnect with Nature, to gather and conserve energy, and to help us slow down our minds and bodies so that we may find stability and rewaken our capacity to heal ourselves.
Regular QiGong classes meet on Wednesday mornings from 11:00am to 12:30pm and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Studio 10 in the Smiley Building. The cost is $12.00 for a drop-in or $100 for a 10 class punch pass.
